Heart to Heart Meeting Reminders for the month of November

Hi Monica, 


So, sending this out on a monthly basis will be a challenge for me but I accept that challenge! I am going to send this one out early since I didn't do one for October and I have some important information to share. 
First, Anywhere But Here Travel is discontinuing their Las Vegas trip drawing at the end of October. I am giving EVERYONE one last chance to enter to win and then I will select a winner in early November. Stay tuned for something new to replace this perk. 
Second, have you nominated a member of our group to be our Most Inspiring Woman of 2018? I choose the winner based on the nominees but YOU MUST fill out the form to nominate someone. Also, save the date for Friday Nov 9th and attend the Award Ceremony with several networking groups in the area. You get a nice meal and lots of great networking too. I would love to fill our table! Please buy your ticket and let me know if you are attending. 
Last, we have decided to move our Holiday Party to January so it will take place on the 2nd Monday in January (1/14/19) so keep that in mind. It will be the perfect chance for you to re-gift things you didn't like at Christmas. ;)

VENUE UPDATES

We had a suggestion offered and that was to change the menu for the buffet every quarter. Our last winner was Deborah Lobe and I will pick another member who has paid their dues through Sept 30th, 2018. 

FEATURED MEMBER

In order to utilize our website more, we have decided to offer a "Featured Member". You provide us with an article about you and your business that we can publish on our website. You can use 500-1200 words, up to 5 images, and unlimited text links. Content is subject to approval. This is great for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and will remain on the site indefinitely. Your article will also be shared on Facebook, highlighted in our monthly newsletter and highlighted on the homepage of our website as well. You can write your own article for just $35 or $20 if you paid your yearly dues!
Here are the upcoming Featured Members scheduled as well as the available spots:
We have moved all the old articles to the new website and please let us know if you find any errors or issues. If you want a major update to your article, please sign up for another spot and we will replace your old page with your new content. Featured Members also have a spot on our home page and we post them on our Facebook page as well.

ADVENTURE OUTINGS

This fun idea will now be taken over by the Secret Travel Society! Kim and Stephanie had a great idea but they don't have time to plan fun events for our group. The idea was to have a monthly H2H Adventure Outing where we meet up and spend $30-40 per person on a fun activity or event.
Most of our social events you can find on the Secret Travel Society calendar. We have a free membership that you can join for limited access to our social calendar or you can pay a small monthly fee to be a VIP member which has full access to the calendar plus special MEMBER ONLY perks, gifts, discounts and more. 
Our next planned fun event is our Oct/Nov Social Mixer in Kirkland on Sat Oct 27th. Make sure to RSVP for the full location details!
Another event that is open to everyone who wants to learn about Italy! Our travel agency is hosting a Discover Italy with Andrea King Travel on Thu Nov 15th at 6:30pm at our office in Lynnwood. You can also register for this FREE event with wine and appetizers on Eventbrite so we look forward to seeing you there.
