EASTSIDE Starting on March 7, we will be meeting at Café Veloce in Kirkland, just off of I-405 in Totem Lake. It is just off Totem Lake Boulevard, so hopefully will be very easy to come to. NORTHEND SPECIAL SPEAKER Coming up next is Linda Deppa with Uncluttered Professional Organizing on June 12, 2017. She does personal and business organizing plus families too. Please let us know what organizing topics you want to hear her speak about the most. Finally, our last speaker scheduled for this year is Morgan Oaks (aka Dr. Mo) with An Evolution in Chiropractic on Oct 23, 2017. He recently had a TedX talk about "Learning the Language of Dude" where he shared his life story and experiences and how it allowed him to listen more deeply to himself and the world around him. We are still working out the details of the exact subject of his presentation so stay tuned! Do you have someone to recommend or a topic that you want to hear about? Let us know!  MAY ADVENTURE OUTING Kim and Stephanie have set up our next Adventure Outing and it will be at Stephanie's cabana in Everett. This will be a fun event with lots of interaction.  Hannah Preisinger owns a theater troupe and will be directing the event.  We will be doing improv games that will build camaraderie in our group and will also improve our communication abilities in our businesses.  We will do a potluck dinner, so plan to bring something to share.   I think we will have a blast! WHAT: H2H Theater Sports & Potluck WHEN: May 21st at 5:00PM WHERE: 12712 Admiralty Way, Everett, WA 98204. The cabana is L101 FEE: $20 per person, based on 10 person minimum RSVP for May 21st Adventure Outing ADVENTURE OUTINGS Kim and Stephanie have stepped up to lead a monthly H2H Adventure Outing where we plan to meet and spend $30-40 per person on a fun activity or event. Some ideas that we have been tossing around were karaoke, a mani/pedi day at the spa, wine tasting, solve a puzzle room, etc. Send your ideas of fun activities to do to Kim or Stephanie. We took an informal poll at one of our NORTHEND meetings about who is interested in taking a self-defense class. We had a lot of interest so let us know if this is something you are interested in as well. Our next door neighbors at Active Martial Arts (Monica's daughter takes classes there) would love to put something together for us so we are just waiting to hear when and how much it will cost. We will be a pilot program for them so we just have to wait for them to get an instructor set up to help us out. This is getting close to having some dates that we can throw on the calendar soon! SPOTLIGHT TABLES - NORTHEND To have a table, you must have attended a meeting within the last 3 months. You will get 7 minutes to present about your business and/or passion. The cost for a Spotlight Table is $25 or $20 if you are a PAID MEMBER. If you want to sign up for a table, you will have to go online and sign up for a table. We meet at Cafe Veloce in Kirkland and and Kristina McCrady is leading that group. There are no Spotlight Tables until we get enough people attending each meeting. Right now, we have plenty of time to give everyone 2-3 minutes to talk about their business and have a roundtable discussion focused on a business topic.
