Hi Monica,

We had a fantastic time celebrating our 6th anniversary last week by playing a game of bunco. I think it was a fun night and I had positive feedback from many people. Perhaps we can do this on an annual basis? Let me know your feedback!

I have all of our Meetup ad space reserved so now I am just waiting for payments and information that I need to post their ads. The longer you delay getting me this information, the longer I have to delay adding everyone's ad to the website.

I decided last month to create a website for our group as MailChimp was warning me that emails from Gmail and other free providers might be at risk for not showing up in people's inboxes. It was really cheap to get a domain name and right now I am using a free blog as it is easy to add pages and posts. For now, I am just forwarding all emails from our newsletters to fill out content but perhaps we can expand it to guest bloggers or some other purpose? NEWS

SPECIAL SPEAKER

We had great feedback from our first speaker so our next topic that people wanted to learn about was increasing your sales. I am very excited to announce our next special speaker event on Aug 22nd with Nikki Rausch The Sales Maven so SAVE THE DATE!

EASTSIDE CHAPTER

For our Eastside chapter, we will meet every 1st Thursday at Canyons in Redmond and Kristina McCrady will be leading that group. We will only have the meetings once a month until higher attendance warrants a twice a month format. She will also only have 1 Spotlight Table until attendance supports an additional one. It will be FREE for the first three months starting in March. She also plans on drawing for a free 3-minute commercial (Spotlight tables get 7 minutes and regular commercials are 1.5 minutes) so make sure you attend and get the lowdown on everything she has planned.

MONTHLY ADVENTURE OUTINGS

Kim Pelham has also stepped up to lead a monthly H2H Adventure Outing where we plan to meet and spend $30-40 per person on a fun activity or event. Some ideas that we have been tossing around were karaoke, a mani/pedi day at the spa, wine tasting, solve a puzzle room, etc. Send your ideas of fun activities to do to Kim or let her know if you want to sign up for her mailing list. Look for the next outing to be added to our Meetup page soon!

VEGAS ENTRY FORMS

I have decided to do away with the paper entry forms so if you want to enter to win the trip to Vegas when you attend one of our meetings, you will need to fill out a short form on my tablet. Please do this when you arrive at the meeting or after our last spotlight presentation.

SPOTLIGHT TABLES - NORTHEND

To have a table, you must have attended a meeting within the last 3 months. You will get 7 minutes to present about your business and/or passion. The cost for a Spotlight Table is $20. Here is the schedule for the upcoming months:
