It feels so long since I have seen everyone! I was gone for the first meeting in Mexico and we only had that one meeting in May because the next one fell on the Memorial Holiday. I am looking forward to the meeting tomorrow and seeing all your lovely faces. I will miss the next two meetings after that as I will be taking my family on vacation to Japan. I will be back again in time for our next speaker in July so read more about her below. Soon, I will discontinue this email reminder so if you haven't signed up as a free Guest Member on our website, I strongly recommend that you do so. You will start getting invites to our upcoming events if you do and it will make this email list unnecessary. Finally, our yearly dues is now $35/year. You are welcome to continue to be a meetup member and RSVP for our meetings through that website but in order to access the perks of membership, it will be required to use our website.  VENUE UPDATES NORTHEND We had a suggestion offered and that was to change the menu for the buffet every quarter. Thank you to MICHELE WHITTINGTON who selected our last menu and I will select another winner from the people who have paid their dues through June 30th and I will announce the winner after that date. FEATURED MEMBER In order to utilize our website more, we have decided to offer a "Featured Member". You provide us with an article about you and your business that we can publish on our website. You can use 500-1200 words, up to 5 images, and unlimited text links. Content is subject to approval. This is great for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and will remain on the site indefinitely. RSVP for our Speaker Event on July 23rd! ADVENTURE OUTINGS This fun idea will now be taken over by the Secret Travel Society! Kim and Stephanie had a great idea but they don't have time to plan fun events for our group. The idea was to have a monthly H2H Adventure Outing where we meet up and spend $30-40 per person on a fun activity or event. We tried to set up an H2H Adventure Outing at an Escape Room in early June but we didn't get enough people to participate to make it happen. There was a lot of interest initially but we only ended up with 3 people when we need about 6 to make it a good event. I am open to trying again on Sat July 28th in the evening but I need people to commit to attending. Please reply to this email if you are interested in attending. Most of our social events you can find on the Secret Travel Society calendar. We have a free membership that you can join for limited access to our social calendar or you can pay a small monthly fee to be a VIP member which has full access to the calendar plus special MEMBER ONLY perks, gifts, discounts and more. Our next planned fun is our June Social Mixer on Wed June 20th in Everett and our July Social Mixer on Saturday July 15th in Woodinville. Make sure to RSVP for the full location details!  SPOTLIGHT TABLES - NORTHEND To have a table, you must have attended a meeting within the last 3 months. You will get 7 minutes to present about your business and/or passion. The cost for a Spotlight Table is $25 or $15 if you have paid your membership dues. If you want to sign up for a table, you will have to go online and sign up for a table.
