Heart to Heart Reminder: April 25th View this email in your browser Heart to Heart Reminder April 25, 2016 Hi Monica, I just wanted to remind you of our next meeting on April 25th and it will be a BIG DEAL as we are celebrating our 6th anniversary of our group by playing bunco together! We will not have our normal meeting format but will have brief introductions at the beginning and instructions on how to play bunco. Please plan on staying late for this event as it may take a while to get through all the rounds especially depending on how many people attend. There will be cash prizes to be won and maybe a few other prizes too. We will be serving a buffet for dinner so plan on buying it or ordering off the menu. Please don't forget to RSVP and if you already did so, please share the event or invite a friend! Speaking of RSVPs, please make sure that you do as it helps us plan for food and the space. I prefer Meetup as it is the easiest for us to track and update. Also, my Meetup dues are coming up soon and that means there is an opportunity for you to advertise your business on our Meetup page. You can put your logo, a short tagline and a link to your website on our Meetup page where everyone on Meetup can see your business information! The cost is just $35 for a 6 month run (that is less than $6/month!) and it helps me cover the costs of meetup which are $180/yr. The leftover money is spent on special events like our holiday and anniversary party plus it gives me money to bring in special speakers too. If you want to sign up for the next 6 month run which starts in May, please reply to this email or RSVP on Meetup. Heart to Heart Happens - April 2016 View this email in your browser Heart to Heart Happenings April 2016 Hi Monica, I will be running the next Eastside meeting on April 7th as Kristina will be on vacation for her spring break. Stephanie Larsen will be running the next Northend meeting on April 11th as I will be on vacation for my spring break. The next meeting after that will be on April 25th and it will be our 6th anniversary party! I will supply the bunco game and cash prizes and you just need to show up and have fun. No skills necessary in order to play! We will teach you before we start playing. Also, it will be VERY important to RSVP to this meeting as we need to plan the space and food for everyone. I want to thank Tracey Warren again for coming to our group and speaking with us on March 14th. It was very fun and informative and I got a lot of interesting feedback from everyone. I did a poll (still time to give your feedback!) and the next topic that people wanted to learn about was increasing your sales so I am very excited to announce our next special speaker event on Aug 22nd with Nikki Rausch The Sales Maven so SAVE THE DATE! REMINDER: Mar 28th Meeting Info

Hi ladies!

I just wanted to give a quick update after our last meeting which was our biggest attendence so far. We had 41 attendees and we went past 8:30pm for the first time in ... well ever from what I can remember. I want to honor and respect your time so we will either have to start reducing the individual commercials to 45 seconds -OR- only have 1 spotlight table (which means less revenue for me to host speakers or special events) -OR- add more time to our meetings. What is your preference?

In the meantime, you can help us out by arriving at 6:30pm, pay for your buffet plate and get your food so we don't have everyone doing it at the last minute. I know you all want to visit and say hello to each other but we need to move things along more effeciently.

I have also a quick survey for the attendees of the meeting on March 14th to fill out. If you have a topic you would like to hear from next and you didn't attend, please just reply to this email with your requested topic.

Please do me a *HUGE* favor and RSVP to our events if you know you will be attending. It makes it very hard to plan for enough seats and food at our events if you don't tell us you are coming. I had about 8 people I was not accounting for and we almost ran out of food. The same goes for updating your RSVP if you can no longer make it. Please let someone know (email, text, Facebook, message, etc.) that you can no longer attend. I prefer that people RSVP on Meetup as it helps me manage our attendance and is simpler to add/remove RSVPs.

This will be a presentation for new and seasoned networkers alike! I am very pleased to welcome Tracey Warren who is a Social Media Superhero and she was also the founder of Heart to Heart Networking! We will not have spotlight tables at this meeting to make room for her presentation. Let me know your feedback on this type of an event as I can bring in other speakers a few times a year.
