It is your last chance to give us your feedback on planning an Escape Room Adventure Outing. Please vote! Don't forget to sign up as a Guest Member so you can be listed in our online directory. It is now required to be a Guest Member if you want to sign up for a Spotlight Table or Featured Member option. I am also making it a requirement if guests want to come play bunco with us. Everyone has the option to be listed in the directory. Of course, I would love for everyone to join as a H2H Member and pay your dues so thank you to everyone who has done so already. I encourage you to take just a few minutes to log into your profile, add a photo (the default photo is the H2H logo) and answer the questions so people can find you. A reminder that our yearly dues will be going up to $35/year in June. I added information to the FAQ so please read it if you have any questions and then contact us if it isn't answered. The main thing I want to point out is that we have an online directory and only H2H Members and Guest Members are listed. I encourage you to take just a few minutes and join as a Guest if you aren't ready to pay your membership dues, or log into your profile and add a photo and answer the questions so people can find you. You can either reply to this email or post in our Facebook Group. Speaking of our new website, I have moved the domain over so you can access it via www.hearttoheartnetworking.com. If you are a paid member, you just need to log in to your account and RSVP. You can sign up for a Guest Membership on the website to stay in touch with us without having to pay dues. I will be moving people over from this MailChimp list if to our website so the sooner that you sign up to be a Guest Member the better. I will be phasing out these newsletters on MailChimp and move our announcements to our website. Also, it will be much easier to RSVP to our events if you are a H2H Member or Guest Member. The website does a much better job of handling event announcements and invites so it will make this newsletter mostly unnecessary. Need help renewing your membership?

I got some feedback that the renewal process for existing members is not as easy as I hoped. I tried updating the Dues page with some renewal steps to take but I am not sure that is helpful or not.  Basically, you need to log in to your member profile: https://www.hearttoheartnetworking.com/Sys/Profile Using the email address that I sent this email to and your password. If you have never logged in before, please reset your password so you can log in.  https://www.hearttoheartnetworking.com/Sys/ResetPasswordRequest Once you are logged in, you should be taken directly to your member profile. If not, click on your name at the top of any page on the website. Now that you are in your member profile, there will be a button that appears under your Renewal Date.  If your renewal date is more than 30 days away, this button will not appear.  Click the RENEW button (circled in red) and follow the instructions to renew your membership. The next page should give you an opportunity to update your member profile. Then it will ask you to pay your dues online and that will take you to a page where you can enter a credit card number. If you want to pay me in person via check, you can stop at that page and not enter any credit card information. You will have to contact me and let me know that you want to pay by check so I can make a note in the system.  Of course, if you have any questions, please reply to this email and I will be happy to help you troubleshoot any issues.
