Need help renewing your membership?


I got some feedback that the renewal process for existing members is not as easy as I hoped. I tried updating the Dues page with some renewal steps to take but I am not sure that is helpful or not. 

Basically, you need to log in to your member profile:

Using the email address that I sent this email to and your password. If you have never logged in before, please reset your password so you can log in.

Once you are logged in, you should be taken directly to your member profile. If not, click on your name at the top of any page on the website. Now that you are in your member profile, there will be a button that appears under your Renewal Date. 


If your renewal date is more than 30 days away, this button will not appear. 

Click the RENEW button (circled in red) and follow the instructions to renew your membership. The next page should give you an opportunity to update your member profile. Then it will ask you to pay your dues online and that will take you to a page where you can enter a credit card number. If you want to pay me in person via check, you can stop at that page and not enter any credit card information. You will have to contact me and let me know that you want to pay by check so I can make a note in the system.
