Heart to Heart Reminder

Hi Monica,
I just wanted to remind you of our next meeting on April 11th and I will be on vacation with my family in Disneyland. Make sure to follow along as I will be posting on Facebook and my business page too Monica, Your Travel Gal. Stephanie Larsen will be running our meeting so please help her out by arriving on time or early and making your way to the bar where you can pay for your buffet.
Please don't forget to RSVP and if you already did so, please share the event or invite a friend! Speaking of RSVPs, please make sure that you do as it helps us plan for food and the space. I prefer Meetup as it is the easiest for us to track and update.
Just a reminder that you have been added to our mailing list because you have attended one of our meetings AND you are NOT a member of our Meetup group. If you are getting our messages in both places and would rather just get it in one, please unsubscribe to the duplicate mailing. I don't want to spam anyone and we make a point of mentioning this at every meeting so I am just trying to be mindful of our rules. :)

NEWS
6TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY
Our anniversary date is January but we are celebrating in April because it is too close to our Holiday party in December. Kim Pelham, Diana Ehli and Kathy Miller have offered to help organize this event. Save the date for Monday April 25th as it was decided that the group would rather replace one of our regular meeting dates with this fun event. We are also going to play a fun game of bunco. It is super easy to learn and no skills are necessary! Monica will provide cash prizes for people who have the most wins, most losses, most buncos, etc.
EASTSIDE CHAPTER
For our Eastside chapter, we will meet every 1st Thursday at Canyons in Redmond and Kristina McCrady will be leading that group. We will only have the meetings once a month until higher attendance warrants a twice a month format. She will also only have 1 Spotlight Table until attendance supports an additional one. It will be FREE for the first three months starting in March. She also plans on drawing for a free 3-minute commercial (Spotlight tables get 7 minutes and regular commercials are 1.5 minutes) so make sure you attend and get the lowdown on everything she has planned.
MONTHLY ADVENTURE OUTINGS
Kim Pelham has also stepped up to lead a monthly H2H Adventure Outing where we plan to meet and spend $30-40 per person on a fun activity or event. Some ideas that we have been tossing around were karaoke, a mani/pedi day at the spa, wine tasting, solve a puzzle room, etc. Send your ideas of fun activities to do to Kim or let her know if you want to sign up for her mailing list. Here are the details for our first outing!

5-9 people: $45 each
10-19 people: $40
20+: $35
I am thinking we will be in the $40 range, but it would be great if we got over 20 people and ended up at $35! Please let me know if you will be coming so I can make the reservation. Thanks!!

VEGAS ENTRY FORMS
I have decided to do away with the paper entry forms so if you want to enter to win the trip to Vegas when you attend one of our meetings, you will need to fill out a short form on my tablet. Please do this when you arrive at the meeting or after our last spotlight presentation.
